Checking in times

Check in times: 4pm to 8pm

If you wish to check in at a different time, please ask

Check out: Before 10:15am 

Payments

Credit or Debit Card payments are accepted over the phone.

Cheques payable to “21 Park Lane” or bank transfer by arrangement.

A deposit for one night’s stay will be required for multiple nights.

Children

Over 12’s are welcome when sharing with an adult.

Pets

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

Cancellations

We will charge the full amount for cancellations made less than 48 hours of arrival.

Takeaway Food

You are welcome to use the dining room to eat take away food.

We do not allow hot food in the bedrooms.

Parking

We have space for 3 cars on our drive. Please position your car so this is possible.  Parking is also available on the far side of the road opposite under the big hedge.

Public Transport

The nearest train station in 5 miles away in Chippenham. The Faresaver X31 Bus service from Chippenham to Bath stops in Corsham. The National Express Coach from London Victoria and Heathrow stops in Corsham at Middlewick Lane, Pickwick a short walk from us.

Mobility Access

Our downstairs Twin Room is ideal for anyone with mobility problems.
