Bernard Laybats found his passion in the
food industry business in 1975 selling a
range of products from fresh, frozen and
ambient in his own shops.

Over the years he followed his passion and entered into the
manufacturing & co-packing side BLS Foods, originally selling
frozen fish & chips to a small retailer, this then expanded to
ready meals & vegetables.

The family business expanded when his daughter left school
to follow in her dads footsteps and now operating in two
factories both boasting BRC Accreditation BLS Foods pack
a vast range of frozen vegetables, fruit, meat & poultry to
major retailers into private & own label packaging.

Our core product is Sausage We offer excellent customer turnaround on samples,
& Bacon Wraps which we service, a friendly, efficient quotes and deliveries, and
manufacture into retail and can supply all technical
catering cases all year round details as required
