The Aberystwyth Invite Only Sale Underway
On Tuesday 12th August 2014, at 11am, the Innovis Invite-Only Sale got underway in Peithyll, Capel Dewi, Aberystwyth. With the sun shining, the car park full and the bacon sandwiches selling like hot cakes, we knew we were in for a good sale!
The sale kicked off with the maternal lines, and the Aberfield rams leading the way followed by the Highlanders and Abertex. There were a good range of rams of various grades available, ensuring there were rams to suit every farm, system and wallet!
The terminal lines followed on, with the Innovis Abermax, Primera, IBERs & Cwmerfyn Texels and IBERS & Burton Glampton Suffolks. The Innovis Abermax & Focus Genetics Primera proved to be very popular as a cost-effective terminal option if you consider they cover 80-100 ewes each!
With over 240 rams sold, the day was a total success. Thanks to all who came, it was great to see so many enthusiastic clients enjoying the process of picking their new hard working and efficient rams!
